Have lunch at 12:45 and dinner at 5:25. Need help with planning out rides/attractions. So far have FP + for:

-2:30 meeting characters at their spot
-3:55 Nemo ride
-7:05 Soarin

I want to fit in:
- Spaceship Earth
- Living with the Land
-Journey with Figment
-3 Cabelleros (sp?)
- Crush

Is it possible to do all these? I want to get in as much as I can with the kids because we are only doing 1 day there. I appreciate any help!

If you save Spaceship Earth for after lunch, there will be virtually no standby line (people tend to clog it up first thing after Rope Drop, since it's the first ride once you get in the parks, but it dies out quickly). I've never had to wait in line for Living with the Land, no matter the time of day. 3 Caballeros rarely, if ever, has a line. The queue for it moves rather quickly.

The ones you want to fit in rarely have stand by lines, so I wouldn't worry about it. The only one you'll want to pay attention to is Turtle Talk with Crush since it's only occurs at certain times.

I'd also caution your ADR times. If you're on the dining plan, the meals are large and I know for us, 12:45 and 5:25 would be too close together. We've learned over the years that if we have a 12:45 lunch, we do a 7:30 (or later) dinner. And you're not always seated on time, so the meals could run even closer together. Just a tip!

Will you be there in the morning? Given your FP+ times, it looks like maybe not. If you are there AM, Living with the Land is guaranteed to be walk on. Everybody else heading to The Land building will be going to Soarin. As pp said, Earth is easier later in the day (it's also nice as a place to sit and rest). Figment has always been pretty much walk on. Try to coordinate Crush with Nemo since you're already there. Crush is based on show times however, so knowing when each show is will help.

You didn't say when you are going, but from my experience the only one that may have a line early in the day is SE as that is on the way into the park and everyone tends to do that first. All others should be short lines and no problems. I would say skip SE and ride the others. Go back after lunch and you should be able to walk on or very short wait. Have fun.

I might suggest a FP for Crush instead of Nemo if you can. We have never seen a Nemo line longer than 15 minutes. Crush can get busy due to limited space and show running times. Otherwise, expect to wait 20-30 minutes for Crush.

Thanks everyone. We will be arriving at Epcot at around noon. We are paying OOP for lunch, Via Napoli and on dining plan for dinner. We have small kids who get hungry quickly, so that's why we picked those times for the meals. Plus I think that the dinner meal was only that time left so I booked it

Unless you're staying at one of the epcot resorts, you'll be crossing the entire park when you get in at noon. There won't be much time left from the time it takes to get over there. you could duck into the mexican pavilion and see about the 3 Caballeros. You should be able to do that if there's no line since it's on the way (assuming you head left around world showcase).
Then, I agree that you should swap out Talk with Crush for Nemo. If you were going to be there before lunch, I would have said go on over to the land, do living with the land and then just do Crush right next door....

I'll add that if your DDP meal is also in world showcase, you'll do a lot of trekking! You're going trek over there, eat lunch, trek back to future world, do attractions, and then trek back for dinner. You might consider ditching the lunch ADR. Arrive at noon, feed the kids at Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion, then you can hop right on the living with the Land ride, hop next door for Crush... etc

Just a few thoughts:

Would there be any way to get to Epcot a few hours earlier? Maybe even Rope Drop? Is this your arrival day?

Agree with pp to ditch the lunch ADR. If this is your arrival day and your only day in Epcot, you are going to be killing a bunch of valuable touring time eating.
