Need help to identify a pin

While making final shopping rounds before leaving AS resorts Monday, I made a CM trade for a pin haven't been able to locate on Pinpics.
Epoxy, smooth finish. Smooth back. Dangle.
Cut out of the DL castle, purple Grizzly center, small light blue monorail on right. Wording, "Disneyland Resort". (Resort in orange, small letters.)
Dangling beneath is a slight wave, with the words in yellow "Operations Team". Gold tone background on the dangle.
Disney Taiwan on the backstamp. Dangle reads "Disney" on the back.
Figuring it is a CM pin. Am I just missing it on Pinpics?

Hmmm Not sure there is one that is close to that though.

Yes. If you looked at Pin 9319: Disneyland Resort Spoons 2001 Dangle, and imagined the dangle reading "Operations Team" instead, then you probably have it!
What the heck is Spoons?
Or even: Pin 10300: Disneyland Resorts Attractions 2001 CM Dangle Grand Opening LE.
This must be from a series that was provided to cast at the opening of DCA.

Yes there was. There were so many different sections at DL that got these pins. It was basically the same pin except for the part that dangles.

I am not sure what Operations Team is though. My suggestion would be to put it on PinPics and describe it say you are pretty sure it was part of the same grouping of pins as Spoons and such but does anyone have any more information. Within a few days I am sure someone will add some info for you.
