Hi I am hoping you guys can help!!
My partner is taking me to disney for a holiday, she has booked so much I just wanted to do somethings as a nice surprise. It can be disney or not disney romantic, help is urgently needed.
Not sure if this is all correct as have became a member without her knowing

Not sure what your girlfriend already has booked and where you are staying. Depends on what she likes.

The spas at Grand Floridian and Saratoga, both Disney resorts, do great treatments if you think she would like some pampering. They do couples massages as well.

One year we did a balloon flight with with champagne breakfast. Depends on how romantic you want it to be and how much you want to spend.

You could order flowers to be dleivered to your room, my hubby got me flowers from disney florist for the day we arrived, that was a nice touch. We were staying at Port Orleans. If off site I know Interflora would be able to arrange flowers to your hotel as well.

Hope this is of some help.

Another thought, I've heard about people heading to the beach at the Polynesian resort to watch the fireworks at night across the lake. Often they have took wine and nibbles with them. You don't have to be staying at disney to take advantage of this. That way you could take her favourite things, or get her a minnie wine glass with her name engraved on it to use that night. (you can get these from shop on main street in Magic Kingdom.

A romantic meal? Cali Grill-make an ADR so that you can watch Wishes, request a balcony seat/view. Coral Reef at Epcot get the diver to hold up a sign with a personal message. There is also the V&A where you need to wear your best bib:thumbsup2 & tucker.

We had a romantic meal at Cali Grill and watched Wishes, although I would say THE most romantic moment during our trip was being in MK when Wishes was going on, the back of the park was deserted and we stopped and danced to the music for a minute or so - really silly, I know, but wonderful!! :lovestruc

i personally adore Magic Kingdom at night and my memories of pulling up a kerb with my husband and waiting for Spectro to start are my favourite. For an extra, non effort romantic evening, i would suggest just that. Head to one of the food outlets on main street (there are so many to choose from) pick up something to eat, and find a spare bit of kerb (i would recommend for the first showing do this about 1 hr prior to the parade, the second showing you only need to be about 1/2 hour early + i think this one is better, less crowded) and watch the world go by.

For the big gesture part, i would second the California grill idea, we did this on my birthday last year and it was phenomenal

:welcome:

I would also recommend a balloon flight. :thumbsup2 Even though it is a very early start, I've never experienced anything else like it! :cloud9:
