Need Help removing wording from Donatalies thank you card UPDATE - I DID IT

Can someone help me with removing the wording under Thank you on the following image that I found in Donatalie's photobucket account.

I am planning to add the following quote from Walt Disney - You can design and create and build the most wonderful place in the world but it takes people to make the dream a reality.
Along with our names and town and state.
