Need help quickly please!

We leave in 2 days and I'm finishing up our shirts. Angela (WeHeartMickey), who I think isn't designing right now, did some Mickey heads for me and I forgot to ask her to do one for my younger DD, Emma. Is there anyone out there that would personalize this one for me please?

Do you have the image that you want personalized in a larger version or do you only have the thumbnail saved? I can do it with a larger image.
