I have an offer accepted verbally but no paper work signed yet. Now I am seconded quessing the contract. I think we want to buy where we love to stay and this offer is for price more then resort. What are my options?

You can contact the broker and cancel. That happened to me when we sold. I had an offer and the buyer changed her mind about 4 days later. Not a big deal and we just put the contract back on the market. I actually ended up with $5/ppt more than the original offer!!!
