Need help Quick

I know everyone is busy, but I need to help a friend. She wants to have a shirt to give to her daughter and her daughters friend that invited her to WDW next Oct. She would like it to have a picture of the four parks, or the symbols of each parks with October 2010 written underneath. Can anyone do that quick. I all so have no idea how to flip them, so if they could be ready to print, that would be great. Thanks in advance. Connie

Thanks , so she bought white t-shirts, so how do I do that, these are teens also, so I need it a little bigger. Are you guys buried in the snow storm? thanks so much for the help. Connie
