Need help - Questioning dinner choices

HI everyone!

This will be our first trip as a family (and my first trip since 1997). We will be there 10/29 - 11/5. The cast of characters includes: Me (34 and will eat almost anything), DH (36 and is a meat and potatoes kind of guy), DS (4 and not too picky), DS (3 and VERY picky), my mom - not picky and my stepfather - not picky but likes good food.

Here is where we stand:

10/30 - can't decide where to go for dinner - we will be at AK that day until 3ish
10/31 - Epcot - ADR for dinner at Teppan Edo - thought the kids would like it there
11/1 - MK - lunch ADR at Crystal Palace (we will be at MK for RD then leave after lunch, rest and come back to MK for MNSSHP)
11/2 - sleep in, MK in the evening, was thinking Kona Cafe??? but can we make it back for Spectro?
11/3 - DHS - lunch at Hollywood and Vine for the characters from Playhouse Disney
11/4 - Epcot - ADR @ Coral Reef for lunch and @Chefs de France for dinner.

HELP! Where should we go for dinner on 10/30 and 11/2? We have the regular Dining Plan for all of us. I dont want too many buffets b/c my parents would not like it......so I am stuck. Would love some recommendations or if you think what I have won't work.

Hi! It's super easy to get from Kona to MK so you should have no problem making Spectro if you time it correctly.

In terms of the first day...where are you staying? May help us give you recommendations...

I would personally suggest on the first date either Boma's at ALK or Tusker house at AK before you leave. or there are some great places at DTD.
