need help posting photos

I would love to add some photos to my trip report. How do I do it

First you need to put your photos online there are free services such as photobucket or paid services such as smugmug.

One you have your photos online they will give you a url where your photos are located
you then put it as such [ img]http://your url[ /img] and remove the spaces in the brackets

Can I ask one more question? I have uploaded my photos to photo bucket. Which do I pick to add the photo to the trip report? the e-mail or IM link, the direct link, the HTML tag or the IMG code. Currently I have the link in there but I really would like it to be the picture itself without any additional clicking Thanks!

I don't have a photobucket account anylonger so I can't even look.

but you have the right one you just need to put the

tags after

if you double click the direct link you will copy it you then paste this link in the box for the url address. I usually backspace the htt:// out first the hit copy and the pic is posted in the message
