Need Help Posting Photos from Flickr, please! :)

Could anyone give me step-by-step instructions on how to post photos from Flickr? I'm new to Flickr & can't figure it out.

I've run out of bandwidth on my photobucket account so I don't want to use them anymore.

I tried copying the "share" links from Flickr and pasting them in the Image box and those didnt work. Anyone know where I'm going wrong??
