Need help planning which parks and breaks for 2 week trip

I thought I had a handle on this a couple months ago with touringplans crowd predictions, but I just looked again (AFTER I've already made my ADRs), and most days changed a good amount. Now I feel overwhelmed, wondering if I should change, IF I can change ADRs, etc. As a DLR vet, I loathe the many months in advance planning WDW forces people to do with the ADRs and now FP+. There's no decent chance to change your mind, let alone get sick or have it rain!

We're doing 10 park hopper days from Nov 1 to Nov 13. I know we'll need breaks. Usually we do 2 days at DLR, break, then 3 more days (but last couple days usually have mid day breaks or late mornings). We're doing MNSSHP on Nov 1 and would like to end with MVMHP on Nov 13. Would you look at my in between and tell me what you think? I seem to have more breaks in the first week than the second, though not purposely, and I don't think I've even used all 10 ticket days! We have ADRs for BOG, Hollywood & Vine fantasmic package, 1900 park fare, hoop de doo, and sci fi drive in (which are our "must do's"). We'll be onsite in a DVC villa, most likely switching on saturday, just don't know where yet. I should also note that the weekend in the middle is the half marathon, following is veterens week.

There has been much talk about the TP crowd level updates. I would not stress over those. I would use Josh's calender at easyWDW to guide your general park plan, and then, once park days are selected, use TP to fine tune each day's itinerary.
