Need help planning MK day on 12/30

I need help planning our MK day on Dec 30. It's our only park day until Jan 6-9. We are staying offsite at Wyndham bonnet creek for this part of the trip. It's our first holiday in the world.

Here's what I already have:
* Fast passes for any time for Jungle Cruise, Small World, and Peter Pan (this was due to a glitch, it was a 50 min call to tech support and long story)
* BOG Lunch ADR at 12:45
* Wishes Dessert party at 6:30pm (mostly to avoid crowds)

We want to see the Holiday parade (3pm?) - kind of a must do. We'd like to see the monorail resorts holiday decorations also, but don't want to be turned away for the ticketed dessert party. Lunch at BOG is not a must do, just we like it. I could try Skippers Canteen or monorail hotel quick service for lunch.

I don't care about the rides we get to do on Dec 30 since we're coming back to stay at the CR later this trip. Although I survived a week of level 10 crowds in April, I expect this to be much worse.

When should I do what? Any ideas where to watch the parade? For me this day is mostly about the holiday decorations and jingle cruise. Thanks!!!!

The Christmas parade runs at 12:00 noon and 3:30.

Without time constraints on your FPs, you don't need to plan around your rides. View the resort decor early in the morning before you enter the park.

For the parade watch the noon one, less people know about this one, unless they have done their research, most people tend to think that MK parades are only at 3pm. We watched from Frontierland right next to Country Bears and the area didn't fill up until maybe 30 minutes before the parade
With the dessert party booked you will not be turned away unless the Mk hits phase 4 closure, which is very rare.
