We are going to Disney from August 23rd-30th 2022. There are going to be 7 of us, 6 adults and one 4 year old. I am the only one whose been to Disney before so I’m in charge of all the planning. Four of the adults are staying on property (POR, my favorite resort) with the remaining 2 adults and child staying off property. I’ve only ever stayed on property so I don’t know the logistics involved in staying off property in terms of dining, park reservations and now ride reservations, especially with a larger group.

Any help would be much appreciated! I’m feeling a little stressed out lol

Make sure you have planning ability for your entire group through MDE. You can do this by having them add you as friend and family and allow you to have access. Then when you make park reservations you can pick your party that's going. They will also see the plans in their MDE.
For dining reservations you can reserve for the number of people in your party. It will give you the option to add/check their name and link it to their MDE.
For those staying off property, they can drive to the park each day to meet you or meet you at your resort and take WDW transportation. If you allow them to park at your hotel you (your room) will be charged the resort parking rate.
I hope this helps.

Don't have very high expectations for arriving very early at parks. Especially for family staying offsite and with a small child and being new to WDW. In your planning, allow for time getting lost, traffic, etc. To avoid frustration on your part, plan "must do" events for sometime a bit later in the day. It goes without saying that there will be some some things the family with the small child will want to do that the others won't; so keep that in mind as you plan.

If it were me, I would have some together plans and some seperate plans to cut down on waiting for each other - especially if there are different interests. As PP said, plan the must-do together stuff NOT first thing to take some of the pressure off. Larger groups don't tour as efficiently as smaller groups - accept this reality and enjoy the time together.
