I posted this on the BC/YC thread last week, but no one responded. Can anyone help me with info on how to determine the best room to request at the Beach Club?

Thanks!

Best in what way? The BC is a huge resort, so what are your requirements? Do you want to be near elevators? Want a Balcony? Want a room closest to walkway to Epcot?

When you reply with what room type is on your reservation, let us know if you are also looking for a full balcony vs a Juliette (stand up) balcony. Next up do you want to be on the 1st floor or an upper floor and finally do you want a quiet room or one close to the elevators.

You can request any "room" or a range of rooms that match your preference(s) but just a reminder they are only requests and are not guaranteed. It is always better to use a room or group of rooms to indicate what you are requesting but if you only narrow your search to a single room it can be an issue. If the resort room assigner goes to assign you to a room and room xxxx is not available on your check-in day by default they don't know "why" you chose that specific room.
