Need Help Picking a Signature!

I am needing help picking out a Signature restaurant for November trip and dont know which one to pick.
A little background info:
-We will be dining at California Grill during this trip so that signature restaurant is out, we dont need to go twice.
-DH and I love to eat just about anything...steak, seafood, shell fish, sushi, salads but DH will not do Jiko or Sanna because the menus have food that remind him of some of the meals he has had in Iraq/Afghanistan and he doesnt want to spend table service credits on food he has no intrest in.

I was thinking about Citrico's, Narcoossee's and Yachtsman Steakhouse ....what restaurant would you choose or not choose?

Of the three you mentioned, Citrico's is my favorite.

If you are not on the dining plan, bluezoo is wonderful.

Out of those 3, I would defiitely pick Citricos.

My favorite on the dining plan is Flying Fish.

We chose Narcoosee's for our upcoming trip . . . just not sure the menu at Citricos appeals to us.

I'd be at Citricos over Narcoosee's anyday. I also agree if you're not on the DDP, try bluezoo....
Yachtsman is very good, as is Flying Fish

Of the 3 mentioned, Citricos sounds great for you! Also, Flying Fish on the Boardwalk is excellent.

Another vote for Citricos. We weren't sure any of the food appealed to us, but service was excellent and it turned out to be our very favorite of all the restaurants at WDW and we've eaten at a lot of them (many of the signature ones as well).

WAIT I love the lobster at Narcossee's and we did not enjoy YSH. But we have never tried Citricos I pick Narcossee's

CITRICOS!! The chef there is AMAZING!! Service is excellent!! We have dined there a number of times and have always had a wonderful experience. Joan

I went ahead and made a reservation at Citricos but who knows where we will end up dining?!?

I sent DH an email with a bunch of the Signature menus and told him to rank them in order by what intrests him (DH is currently in Afghanistan right now and we have to do everything through email )

Funny thing I get an email from him saying, What about Le Cellier?!?
I had to tell him we were eating there once this trip and I am not going to do any repeats like last time....we ate Le cellier and Boma twice last vacation!
I try to tell him we need more then just 4 days at WDW but this thing called work keeps us at home

Glad to hear you're probably going with Citrico's. Of the three signatures that you mentioned it would definitely be our first choice. We also, however, love Flying Fish.
