Need help picking a signature restaurant

We can begin making our ADRs for our trip in August on Tuesday for the first time. We have all our ADRs set except for one last signature restaurant. We are staying at the Yacht Club and as of right now we plan to eat at Yachtsman and Le Cellier which are two restraunts we have enjoyed in the past. We also plan to eat one night at Narcoosees. In the past, we have eaten at Citricos and loved the experience but this time since we are staying at Yacht Club we would like to take advantage of that area. Thus, we are trying to decide whether to eat at Flying Fish, Bistro de Paris, or a second night at the Yachtsman. We have never eaten at Flying Fish or Bistro de Paris so we are hoping for a little guidance. Any help is much appreciated.

FF hand down! Been to all you mentioned but FF is the best!!!

My least fav Signature is FF.... I would do Bistro de Paris - make sure you get a table by the window to watch Illuminations.

We think Le Bistro is better than FF. That said, the last time we ate at LB was 12/30. They didn't start accepting DDP until 1/1. I don't know, if that has changed anything or not.

I had an experience with FF that was so underwhelming that it will be a long time before I go back. (extremely inattentive service, very bland food) I haven't yet dined at Bistro, but I'd pick it for sure over FF or a 2nd visit to Yachtsman in one trip.

I'll second Bistro. But don't count on getting a window table there. There are only a handful.

BTW, I saw a thread here someplace that YSH was going to be closed for a period in late August - early September. Hope that doesn't coincide with your visit.

The dates that YSH is closed are 8/27 - 9/14.

We have done both Bistro And FF many times. We prefer FF due to menu selection.

No matter what, I would not eat at YSH twice. I think both Bistro and FF are better than YSH.
