Need Help on transportation from Sarasota

Hello, we're visiting my in laws in Sarasota and are tacking on a WDW trip after. I'm trying to book a rental car one way from Sarasota to WDW but since we are coming in on a Sunday, most rental car locations in Sarasota are closed with the exception of the airport. The air port location has no one way rentals available. Looking for advice on how to get there. any help is appreciated. thanks!

Are you heading to WDW on a Sunday or arriving in Sarasota on a Sunday?

if you are arriving in Sarasota on a Sunday, but not heading to WDW until later, could you see about a once way car rental that picks up on a weekday? It might mean using a car service to get where you need in Sarasota until the rental car for WDW could be picked up or 2 separate car rentals, one for time in Sarasota and another to head to WDW.

I know that there are probably some car services that take people from Tampa to Orlando, but I have not heard of one from Sarasota.

I live in the Sarasota area. Both South and Downtown Bradenton Enterprise locations are open on sundays. It takes me about 15 minutes to drive from the airport to Downtown Bradenton with no traffic.

we're checking into wdw on a sunday. I did find a couple of one way rentals for close to $200. we were also planning to hit LEGOLAND and universal. I'm guessing using uber or lyft would be much cheaper than renting a car the whole time, which would be around 600-700 bucks.
