Need help on timing of AP purchases

We are heading to SSR at the end of March.I'd prefer to buy our APs there so I can just write a check. We also want to get the DDE (last visit we did the Dining Plan when we were at POR and while fun it was waaay too much food).
Logistically how can we do this and get both the APs and DDE on our arrival day of 3/25? (our red eye flight arrives at 5:30 AM)

Any input would be appreciated.

3/25 is a Saturday and the DDE office is closed on weekends. You would not be able to get the DDE card until Monday. How about just buy one AP in advance and then call for the DDE? I believe you can still pickup the temporary card on the weekends, you just can't order it on weekends. Do you have a debit card for your checking account? You could use that to order the AP.
