Need help on the Lights, Cameras Motors quest

I think I am finally KINDA getting the hang of the game. I played for quite a while last night. I started the lights, cameras motors quest but couldn't find the second part (the gem). Could someone help me with this?

Also.. when you are going through the different parts of a quest are they all in one certain land. For instance the quest I am doing started in Tomorrowland. Will I find all the items for this quest in Tomorrowland or are they all over the MK?
