Need Help on Room Request

We're staying at the Polynesian in September, and have been looking at what building we want to request. Do we fax room requests one week ahead..I did it last year, but have forgotten. Thanks for any help you can give us.

It is always best to fax them in about 4 days before you arrive.

That is what I did, and they accomodated my requests.
