Need help on how to change flights on Southwest!

I booked my flights on Southwest, and today there are ding fares that are $58 cheaper RT!! I don't understand what I have to do to change the flights though. Can someone please walk me through this

Open 2 windows. In the first window, book the ding but don't hit the final button. In the second window, cancel your original flights. Then go back to your first window and enter the confirmation # of your original flight to get the credit applied to the ding fare. I think it's under "tickletless travel funds" or something like that.

On the right side of their homepage, there is a "change flight" tool. You can login to your flight and then just change it. It is the 3rd link down in the "My Travel" box.

I don't think that works with a ding fare. You have to go through the ding software.

You cannot "change" your current reservation for a DING fare. You need to cancel your existing reservation and then use your travel funds for the DING fare. What the PP said about opening 2 windows is the way to go.
