Need help on a very off topic *update post #37*

I am so happy to hear that you are feeling better! :goodvibes

I came looking for this update because I've been wondering how you are doing. I'm so glad it is working for you. :goodvibes

I can "hear" the difference in your posts already -- just with your more upbeat choice of words. :sunny:

:yay:

Went to the gym after work today.....huge difference there!! I think I was talking the entire time I was there to one person or another. I can't believe what a difference this has made!!!

Only down fall is I have been sooooooo tired! I don't think I made it past 9pm this entire past weekend...then crashed last night at 8!! I missed my Greys Anatomy!! I think the Lexapro is whats been making me tired. The Xanax I seem to do fine since I take one in the morning, and one mid afternoon but I have been taking the Lexapro like late afternoon and I notice I am ready to go to sleep just a couple hours later. I haven't taken it today yet, I was gonna try to take it at bedtime to see if it helps. And I feel fine right now, even after the gym me and my son went bike riding!!

I'm can't tell you how excited I am, sorry if I ramble but when you live with this feeling not knowing what kind of day your gonna have when you wake up in the morning, worried about everything, nervous and anxious to the point where you almost can't function right and all of a sudden after a LONG time it's just gone...that's just an awesome feeling. :goodvibes

That is so wonderful. I want to say good for you and how much I commend you and admire you for coming to ask for advice and also for not being afraid to go seek medical help. That is a hard thing to do and you did it and are now reaping the benefits.

I am so happy for you!

I have taken Xanax before during stressful times (death of a family member, etc) and it completely knocks me on my ***. I wonder if that could be what is making you sleepy? Also, exercising about 5 pm gets me in a coma by bedtime. :) So maybe it is not the Lexapro (don't know anything about that one). Just thought I'd throw that out there for consideration!
