We3 just return from Disneyworld where I traded for a DCL Inaugural Sailings pin. This pin is listed under pinpics as pin# 5081. There is a similiar pin (#198), but mine does not have a clear plastic coating. I was premature in posting under pin# 198 that I had an error, but should have posted my comment under pin# 5081.

The word "Inaugural" is spelled incorrectly on my pin. The word is spelled as "Inaugurai", with an "I" and not with a "L".

I was wondering if anyone else has this pin. If so, is the word "Inaugural" spelled incorrectly? Or do I have a "limited edition" of one (1)?

It sounds like you may have a production flaw. Is the wording under the enamal? And is it a i or l? it could be that they forgot to fill in the bottom of the L. If so not really an error pin that was mass produced but a flaw in the production of one or more pins. I like those... It makes a pin unique and I like unique.

Nat,

I sent you an e-mail with a picture attached. What are your thoughts?

That looks like an I to me... It is even upper case. Is it rough to the touch or is it smooth all the way across?

It is smooth to the touch and the letter is an "I", not an "L". I was really surprised when I traded for it from a CM at one of the stores on Main Street. I really want to trade/sell it, but I'm trying to get info before I do. Do you know anything about it?
