Need help on a 5/24 to 5/28 WDW package + DDP

We plan a vacation from 5/24 to 5/28 and I have received the following rates
for 2 adultsa nd 1 four year old
4 nights 5 days stay at Pop century standard room
4 days Magic ur way BASE tickets with NO options
Dining Plan

The only rate i got for this is 1461.23.

it seems AAA discounts have sold out so I cant go there. Is there anyway I can get a lower rate. This is the standard rate of disney. I keep hearing about codes and other packages disney gives out time to time. So is there anyway I can get a discount on this??

Also should I wait till Feb end and book or book it now?
This is my first on site stay and so i need all the help I get.

Who told you that aaa rates are sold out? If Disney told you that you might want to call AAA. AAA is the only one who can book packages with the aaa rate. It might not make a difference but you may as well try.

Resorts fill up quickly sometimes. If you know what you want and are prepared money wise you may as well book now to be sure you get what you want. If new discounts are offered you can adjust your rate if there is availability in the new rate.

It is very possible (and probably true) that AAA is sold out for those dates..Memorial Day weekend is a busy time. I don't believe WDW offers many (if any) general public discounts during that time period.

Not to sound negative, but I would prepare myself that the rate you got might be the rate you wind up paying. Definitely keep checking though. You never know what might come up..

If you really want to go those dates and are prepared to pay rack-rate, I would book now before the resort is sold out...

Did you already book the package? If so, you should check and see if you can at least add the ZFC code to get the free park hopper/water parks option added to your tickets - this is the info on it from mousesavers.com:
