Need help knowing if pool home owner is legit!

Hi all:

I have never rented a pool home near Disney, have always stayed on-site. DH would like to try a home this time because someday we would love to buy one in the area. I have found a really nice pool home in Calabay park. Has anyone rented from Colin and Paula Hesketh. I am really stressed out about making sure everything is cool
I really appreciate any help you can give. Also, are there web-sites to check certain things out?

I would just politely explain the international situation and your long journey and ask if they have any references from anyone who has rented before and check them out that way.

It is wise to do your research before renting but also remember that most owners are honest people and simply want others to enjoy their home too and a lot of the problems caused in the rental business recently has been by companies going bust not individuals.It is a 2 way process trust is involved on both sides and at least you can do your homework on the owner which is more than they can do on their guests.
