I don't think a sentence is supposed to end with the word 'for'. Any suggestions? Thank you!

There's a lot going on in that sentence!! I might break it up into 2 sentences. If the person was successful in her efforts, I'd find a way to note that. Also, is this a way of requesting the empty slot be filled?

Maybe something like this:

Her technical proficiency was evident by her success in managing and monitoring such a large number of Cadet Records single-handedly.

Or

If you only want to get rid of the for at the end:

This sounds like something on a resume... If that's the case, I'd get a bit more specific and "active":

A battalion with an enrollment of "X" cadets typically requires the efforts of one "job title" and an assistant. "Jane Doe" demonstrated her technical proficiency by managing "X number" cadet records without the help of an assistant.
