Need help in finding a Poem

I had this sweet poem about a young boy growing up and than becoming a man and his mother having to cut these apron strings. This was a sweet poem to give along with an apron to a new daughter in law at a wedding shower. Would any one out there no of this poem and can send me a copy. I believe I got it from Charles Swindoll's broadcast several years ago, when his wife gave a gift like this one.
