Need Help Identifying Disney Cast Member Pin - Monorail pilot wings

How can I tell if the cast members pins are authentic, specifically the Monorail Pilot Wing?

I have a few ideas....
Go to www.pinpics.com and put "Monorail pilot wings"(or something similar) in their search engine.
Find out if there is going to be a Pin Meet in your area (or hold one yourself!).
Take your mystery pin with you the next time you visit either DL or WDW...I'm sure you'll find someone who can ID your pin.
Scan a pic of both the front & the back of the pin and post them here - it's possible that DIS'ers could ID your pin just from the photos.
