Need help identifying and valuing bolo tie

I have a mickey mouse bolo tie that I need help identifying and valuing. I'm looking to sell it but as I have no idea as to its value, I wouldn't know what price to start on. A ball park estimate would be great, or maybe some more information on when it was made, who made it, etc.

It is sterling silver, gem encrusted, and on the back says "J.C. Sterling". It is in excellent condition and personally I think its a very attractive piece.
