Need help getting free shipping at Kohls.com

Today's ad says that there is free shipping if you spend $75 or more. It is not taking the shipping cost off my $200 order. What am I missing?

Are you buying a heavy item, such as a Kitchen Aid mixer, etc? For some of those, the shipping charges are not waived.

Also, are you using a Kohl's charge card?

No, I am not using a Kohl's charge, but the ad doesn't say the free shipping is conditional on using a card (at least not that I can see).

Update--got it to work by shutting down my computer and starting over.
