Here are the cast of characters:

Myself - 31 year old disney fanatic. 8th trip to WDW
DH - 31 year old disney convert (used to think DL and MK were too tame after Six Flags. Since the birth of our daughter and his first trip to WDW in 1990 warmed up to WDW and now his 4th trip is also crazy for WDW.
DD - almost 3 year old. 3rd trip to WDW. She is Disney princess obsessed. Anytime we get into the car or pass a hotel she asks if we're going to DL!
DS - 23 has not been to WDW since she was 13.
BF - my DS boyfriend also 23. Has never been to WDW. Primary goal to play golf with my dh.

I would like to know what restaurants you think our very diverse group would like. Do you think we'd like Whispering Canyon?? We have been to a number of restaurants with them, but my DS and her BF especially love pooh and friends. We loved the character buffet at Artiste Point and also enjoyed a lunch buffet at Crystal Palace with our DD.

Where is the best place for a charcter breakfast/lunch/dinner with pooh and friends? Also other restaurant ideas for our crew. On or offsite.

Thanks for any ideas.

Hi Mandamom....

We just returned and loved Rainforest Cafe at DtD. The food was awesome and we all had a blast enjoying the atmosphere. There's rainstorms, bats, gorillas, elephants.....we have 8, 5, 3, and 1 year old kids. Our "baby"'s nickname is Zachary Zebra and he had a blast finding all the zebras in the place. I would suggest heading there!

We also had dinner in the castle and really thought it was good. The food for my DH and I was great...but for the kids, just your average chicken strips and potatoes. The fireworks from inside were beautiful.

We also enjoyed the breakfast with Pooh and friends at Tony's Town Square. It's stopping after the CP opens back up so you guys will probably be there after that.

Have a great trip!
Amy

If you ask me whispering canyone is not to be missed for breakfast! but no great loss for lunch or dinner.

Weve seen pooh at Olivias at OKW, crystal palace, 1900 park fare and artist pointe. Id reccommend crystal palace as the choice.

at mgm, we always try to hit the sci-fi drive in and the 50's cafe. the drive in isnt very good for conversation though, but still fun. a tank side table at the coral reef will keep your daughter entertained, so thats a good place to chat with you sis.

out best characture meal was at the liberty tree tavern with all mickeys side kicks in colonial gear.

The hoop dee doo revue is the #1 must do on our list. loads of fun.

Spoodles is our favorite breakfast, though ive heard they dont serve it anymore.

Pecos bills in MK is the best counterservice in all of WDW and has the best burgers!

Thank you so much for your replies. I appreciate your feedback. I have copied all your ideas in a text file and will give my DS and her BF the Birnbaum's guide with descriptions of the restarurants so they can help me make a final decision on the rest of the ps's we need to finalize.

Thanks again.
