Need help from someone who got Free Dining

We received a free dining deal about two weeks ago. It was the one for October/November. It was not good for us at the time but then last week we changed our minds. I have been searching through hundreds of emails looking for it. I am afraid it was deleted. Does anyone have any advice? I called Disney last week and they checked with guest services. They found dozens of pins with my name going back for years but not the free dining. Do you remember where the e-mail came from? Was it go.com or disneydestinations? When was the expiration date? I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks so much!

this one has a pin number ... that is a long numerical sequence.

I guess codes / pins are different ?

Thanks everyone! I finally got in touch with a great cast member who found our pin.
By the way, it is funny you mention the pin vs the code because this came up during our boking. She said she found the pin but that they only use the pin to verify that I have been offered that discount. When they actually book it for you, she says they use three digit codes in their system. They are not allowed to use the code without a pin to back it up. So secretive though, she would not even give me my own pin. But all is well, we are booked for 11 nights in November with free dining.
