Need help from other Tae Kwon Do parents...

I scheduled our May 2007 DW vacation last September, and I miscalculated and scheduled it over a TKD "testing" weekend. Flights paid for, deposits made, etc, so I can't reschedule our trip.

Long story short, DS's TKD school will not test him on another day. My only option (other than having him sit out an entire belt cycle) is to find a TKD school near WDW and take him there to test on May 19th. Supposedly, all ITA schools test on the same day.

Has anyone had any experince testing while on vacation? Or can anyone in the Orlando area tell me of an ITA TKD school that's near WDW? And how to get there? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Type in taekwond schools orlando .. I know Mr Emmons has a taekwondo school in Orlando .. (Taekwondo America)

no advise but just wanted to say that really stinks. My daughters place will give you a private test if you can't make the other testing. If you to it often they will charge you more but in the 3 1/2 years my daughter was goign we only had to do that 2 times and she never charged us extra.

I tired to look it for you, but there is International Taekwondo Alliance and International Taekwondo Association. Just do a search for correct one and Orlando

That stinks. Our school will always work with our students to either do a make up or private test unless maybe if it's a black belt test. How long is the belt cycle?
