Hi all, I’ve never had this situation before. I’ve always had one room or suite and handled MDE for everyone. Just booked a 6/21 trip for DH, DD, DSIL, DGs. My husband booked 2 rooms at the Dolphin using points, so reservations are in his name.

I’m trying to add the rooms to my MDE, I start with one reservation number, it pulls up his name but says I have to match it with someone on my Friends and family list (which isn’t showing him but he is on my friends and family list just not on this screen). So I choose myself but I can’t move on from there so plans remain empty.

Can anyone advise me how to proceed and then how to add the other room for kids and grandkids so I can proceed. I’m a way off from making FP (assuming they’re return) and ADRs but was trying to get set up so I can purchase tickets next.

In the past it’s been my name on rsvn and we’ve had a package with tickets.

When we went to Disney last year, there were several parties each with their own reservations, but we wanted to have common FastPasses and meal plans. Some things we found easy to do ourselves online, while other features were more easily accomplished by calling Disney. Sometimes there was a glitch in how a certain feature worked or something about the way a profile was setup that we couldn't resolve. The Disney phone people were very helpful working with us and were able to easily resolve anything we couldn't do on our own. If you can't easily get it to work, you will save yourself a lot of time and aggravation by calling Disney for assistance.

Thank you! I don’t hear well and avoid phone calls at all cost! I’ll just have to wait until my daughter can come by to call for me!
