I think the Mother's/Father's Helper service through Kids Nite Out would be awesome if you and DH wanted to go on some big-people rides. They come with you (you pay their ticket and an hourly rate) through the park and help with whatever you need especially with watching your child if you want to go on rides.

I loved the baby area at MK, especially the nursing room. It is such a sweet experience.
