Need help finding site - Please!!

that tells you how many calories, etc are in certain foods that have no labels - for example fruit. How do I find out how many calories are in an apple?

I've used a couple different sites. I think CalorieKing is more comprehensive but I like the meal planning on FitDay.

The USDA Nutritional Information Database is also really useful:

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/

Remember to weigh your fruit - you'd be amazed how small a serving actually is! You can then plug the exact weight into the database calculator to get the calories, along with all the nutrients, etc. HTH!
