Need help finding a painting that's on the Disney Fantasy

Hey all!

There is a huge painting of 2 mice looking out over Paris on the Fantasy that's on the staircase wall in-between deck 11 and 12 Aft. Does anyone know what it's called and if it can be bought, or is it a one-of-a-kind for Disney only?

A Google Lens search brings up a few bits of info. It is called ‘Remy and Emile, Paris Morning’ by Dominique R. Louis. It is sold out at this time but was available for sale on Disney Fine Art :

It’s a concept art that was created to pitch Ratatouille, Louis being the development art director for the movie. It was also one of 17 pieces put up for auction by Pixar at some point. It was also featured in a Pixar expo in Paris in 2014 and is featured in the ‘Art of Ratatouille’ book. The shadows on the roof on the bottom right represent Walt and Mickey.

Yeah that's what I found as well, although reviews make it appear it may be a scam website. (but unclear)
