Need help deciding which day for CP & CRT

Ok, so a little background. We are going to WDW 9/26-10/3 for Free Dining. My birthday is Monday, 9/28 and since I am planning on doing the birthday fastpass at MK with my 2 young kids (DD3, DS1), we are going to MK, even though it's probably busy. We are also going to MK on Friday, 10/2. I'm trying to decide which day to do CP & CRT.

Originally, I was thinking CRT, 8AM breakfast (if available) on my birthday, 9/28. And on Friday, we are hoping to do 8AM BBB for DD, and then 9:30 or so breakfast at CP. However, I'm debating whether or not to do CRT after BBB for DD on Friday and just do 8AM CP on my birthday since it'll probably be easier to get and also it'll be nice for DD to be all dressed up for CRT.

But I want my b-day to be special. Would CP do something nice for my b-day? I want Monday to be our day to do a lot of the touring in Fantasyland & Toontown so I don't want to do BBB that day. So BBB on Friday is definite, plus it'll be nice for DD to maybe have her hair still up on the plane home. I know it all depends on what I can get for CRT, but I am trying to decide what to ask for first for CRT, and back-up of that? How is lunch at CRT? If I can't get the breakfast I want, is lunch good? Any advice is appreciated?

We always seem to do CRT the last day of our trip! Are u on the dining plan?
I like CRT as the last day because it the last thing we do before we leave for ME. and I love having a picture of the castle before we leave! Lunch is good. This is the 2nd time we will have lunch. I would love to get the breakfast next time!

I'm sort of having the same dilemma with CRT and CP but no birthday is involved.

Wondering if I should do CRT earlier in the week or the end of the week and where to flip it with CP. We only wnat to do one 8:05 MK day but which one and when!
