I have searched these boards high and low and need some help. I will also include a poll to see if I can get some help.

I would like for you to look at the list and let me know what you think and why. If you really like one, please tell me why you like it. If you DON'T, please tell me why. I really want honest opinions.

Info:
Staying end of May 2011 for 7 days (Sat-Sat)
Traveling will be:
Myself (31)
Husband (31)
Daughter (6)
Daughter (9 months)

We would really like to stay where we can put the kids down and have some downtime. Also, GREAT pool area and playground. We will go to Disney (Magic Kingdom) for 2 days only. We will drive from TN so we will have a car. Looking for a nice place that will occupy us on the days we are not at Disney and will be comfortable.

Thank you in advance for your help!

List of Resorts:
Caribbean Beach Resort
Sheraton Vistana Resort
Dreams Villas
Buena Vista Suites
Wyndham Bonnet Creek
The Fountains
Orange Lake Resort
Floridays Resort
Lake Buena Vista Resort

I made the poll multiple in case you like more than one.

I voted for Caribbean because it's the only Disney resort you have on the list. It will probably be quicker to get back to the room for mid-afternoon rests.

Funny thing is we probably will not stay on Disney property since we are staying 7 nights and only 2 days in the park. The rest of the days are relaxation days and some shopping.

Is budget a consideration or are you trading a timeshare? Do you need a kitchen or separate bedrooms?

Without knowing that, I would pick Wyndham Bonnet Creek because of its location, its newer, and has gotten great reviews.

We are paying cash for our room (I guess you call it renting). We are looking at spending $150 per night (CBR is really over that). I would really like at least 1 bedroom but it would be nice to have 2 bedroom since we have the kids going.

Hope this info helps more:
1. Bedroom(s) would be nice
2. Kitchen would help with bottles and breakfast
3. Pools (lots of cool water stuff to play with during resort days)
4. Close to Disney
5. Playground
6. Food options (on-site or off - so we don't have to cook all the time)
7. Activities
8. Close to shopping

My thoughts:

Caribbean Beach Resort Over budget, single room

Sheraton Vistana Resort We've stayed at Vistana Resort through SkyAuction ($400/wk?) and had a good time. However, I would recommend you check out Vistana Villages instead. It's a bit newer, the pools seems better, and Dreams Unlimited currently has a special there for $99/nt 1 bdrm and $109/nt 2 bdrm. These rates are only through the end of the year but if you call DU, who knows?

Dreams Villas Not familiar with it but its gotten good review on Trip Advisor. Looks like the smallest unit is 3 bdrm but at $99/nt, yahoo!

Buena Vista Suites Not familiar but had been popular on the boards with deals to DISers. Good location.

Wyndham Bonnet Creek On my WDW bucket list.

The Fountains Not familiar

Orange Lake Resort We've stayed at Orange Lake through SkyAuction ($400/wk?) and had a good time. It is a bit of a drive to WDW (20-30 min with traffic) but the grounds were nice. Here's link to my writeup:

Floridays Resort Not familiar but I see it on SkyAuction sometimes. I think its close to the Walmart on 535.

Lake Buena Vista Resort Not familiar

That being said, I would probably pick Sheraton Vistana, Villages over Resort, then Orange Lake.
