If you could just pick one of these 3, which would you choose? Feel free to post your "why" as well.

My why for California Grill is because it is the only one we have tried. We have eaten there twice and really enjoyed our meal especially the sushi appetizers. On top of that you can watch Wishes from the observation deck the best out of park place to do so, IMHO.

Cali Grill, nice selection of food not to mention one helluva view from the top.
