Need Help - CRT on DDP

I booked dinner for CRT the other day and I was aware that I had to give a credit card number to book. Only problem is that we were going to use 2TS for this and now the charge has come through on my card.
Should I have advised that we were using the DP when I made the booking? Am I now stuck with this cost or can I still ring them back and have it reversed, or does that happen when we actually turn up for the dinner?
Can anyone tell me what to do??? Please.......

Yes, you should have told them you were on the DP - actually, they should have asked. Anyway, call back tomorrow and they will credit the charge when you explain that you are on the DP.

Thank-you tjmouse - I thought I knew what I was doing but clearly I didn't. In fact, I thought they just held your credit card incase you didn't turn up, but clearly I got that wrong!!
I will call back tomorrow and get it reversed before my husband has a heart attack when the bill comes through
