Need Help Choosing Kona Breakfast Time

We are staying our first night at POP then moving to the Poly the next day for the remainder of our stay. I thought we could get up in the morning and head to Kona for tonga toast and check in at the Poly(on the premise that the early bird gets the good room). I'm figuring on having Bell services just keep our luggage from DME and leaving our carry on with them when we check out of POP so they can move our luggage to the Poly. We would take the bus to MK and then monorail to Polynesian. How long do you think this will all take and what would be a reasonable ADR time?

Usually, when moving between resorts it's wise to allow an hour travel time using Disney transport. (Need to transfer and all that).

Depending upon how early you want to get up, I'd aim for a 9:00 to 10:00 am breafast.

I guess it all depends on when you actualy get up--. You can USUALLY get breakfast at Kona w/o an ADR (we never make breakfast ADR's for Kona and are almost always seated w/o any wait). I believe breakfast there ends at 11:30.
