Need help ASAP

If I buy memory maker tonight for the discount price $149, can I use it in the parks on Sunday??? Not sure if the 3 days is thurs, fri, sat....or is it a full 72 hours??

I ran into this back in August. I was told that I would lose 3 full days but ended up getting most of the pictures from the 3rd day.
