need help applying code

I had all ready booked a package with Walt Disney Travel, and then I found the codes for AP for our week, and realized we could save a few hundred getting an AP. Well the TA told me she would have to cancel my package and we would lose our room to get the discount. I am so ! Even if she had to cancel the room, wouldn't it be there to immediatly rebook it? Can someone help me figure out what to do? TIA

try booking the new ressie first. you may not be able to get the AP discount. they only allot so many rooms for the discounts. so...book the AP discount ressie, then cancel the old ressie.

Thanks, I called back and she said the only room available with that code was a 2 bedroom suite. Guess I should have acted quicker. Oh well.Thanks again.
