Okay, I keep seeing all the abbrevations AP, CR, etc and I don't know what they mean. And why do you call them to help with reservations?

P.S. Can you tell I'm a rookie at this?

Hi Annie!

You will find most everything associated with WDW and Disney has initials! AP is Annual Pass and CR is Contemporary Resort. You can call CRO (Central Reservations Office) to make reservations and obtain an AP (Annual Pass holder) discount for a stay at the CR (Contemporary Resort). If you don't have an AP, you might be able to get a DC (Disney Club) discount by calling WDTC (Walt Disney Travel Company) to make your reservation. It takes a while, but you will eventually pick up on the "lingo". If you have specific questions, please ask away and we will be happy to fill you in!
