Need help again with December use year

Okay, I want to make sure I have this right. With a December use year, I have 0 points left for 2012 and 2013. I am assuming that I have to wait until Dec. 1st to borrow points from 2014 for a stay in April 2014. Is this correct?

No, you do not have to wait until 12/1/2013 to borrow points for that trip.

With a December use year, an April 2014 trip falls in your 2013 use year (12/1/2013 - 11/30/2014). You may borrow points from your 2014 use year to pay for a trip that falls within your 2013 use year.

You may borrow them as soon as you are eligible to make the reservation, so that would be May 2013 for your home resort and September 2013 for a non-home resort.

One thing to remember is that what UY a person owns never has an affect on when a person can book. The important part is having points that are valid for the dates of your intended vacation stay which you recognized - so just forget about any concerns of when you can book beyond 11 months or 7 months ahead of the check in date.
