Need help/advice--IOA/USF newcomer

Hi everyone!

We could sure use your help if any of you has a little time. My 76-year old mom and I are going to IOA on a Friday (Can't switch the day )

• We have the 2-day/2 parks passes
• We'll be there Mid-October, and really only have a day and a half for IOA and USF
• We are staying on Disney property and driving over
• We love rides, but not the extreme ones, and we love shows, shopping, and characters.
• Our main priority that Friday is WWOHP--we will want to see EVERYTHING, go to the castle, (will have to take the chicken exit due to health reasons)
• We'd love to see highlights of both parks--can we do it in one day?

I have tried but I don't know enough about the parks to make sense, and would really appreciate it if some of you could suggest an itinerary (or itineraries) for us. Many thanks in advance!!

You should be able to do the highlights easily. Avoid the big coasters and water rides and you'll be fine.
