Need help- Action figures for boys

I am looking for 12 inch (barbie doll size) army guys for my nephew. Anyone know where to find them?

Yes they are pricey - esp when you add shipping. I think because they are GI Joe. I thought I could find a whole pack - like 3 or 4 for that price. a no name Army guy.

I didn't think it would be that hard when I did a quick search either.

Is he set on 12 inch figures? Is this what he already collects? If so, maybe you can find out where those were bought. There really is much more offered in the 4 inch size, including vehicles, etc. And he could get so many more for less money.

Here is a 10 inch figure...they only have one online but it looks like others may be in the store (see alternative view). It is a better price though.

I bought NIB "vintage" GI Joe's from Ebay several months back. Looks like the prices have gone way up now. But you may find a deal on there. Here is one that looks worth bidding on. I even found a locker for them.

My son has a bunch and I dont know where I got them - maybe he will give them to his cousin and I can get something else

Have you checked Target or Walmart? I just pulled out my Santa stash and I have one of the large GI Joe's for DS5. He also got one for his birthday last summer. I'm a huge bargain shopper, so I probably only paid a few dollars for them and I know they came from either one of those stores. HTH

Yep - went to both and tried on-line. My son said he would give his cousin some of his and I think I will just get that one from Pennys and think of something else.
