So we are going in May and have used up all of our TS meals but one. We have already booked Le Chef(dinner), Chef Mickeys(breakfast), 1900 Park Faire(dinner), Tutto Italia(lunch), Spirit of Aloha(dinner), and Cape May Cafe(breakfast). I would appreciate any suggestions with pros and cons. Thank you

Where are you staying? What park(s) will you be in on the day you have an opening for a meal? Who's going on the trip (kids? ages?). There are so many choices that the best way to narrow it down is to take into account more of the details about your family and the day you are trying to plan for.

Are you planning a day at Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios? You might pick a place there.

ANIMAL KINGDOM
At Animal Kingdom, I like Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House Restaurant. The food is outstanding and characters include Donald, Daisy, Mickey and Goofy all in their safari outfits. I'd go at 8am when it first opens. Having a reservation for breakfast gets you into Animal Kingdom Park before it usually opens at 9am. Then you are just a few steps from the Kilmanjaro Safari Ride.

If you're staying at a WDW resort, and you go to Animal Kingdom on a day when there are evening extra magic hours, the Tusker House Restaurant and Yak and Yeti Restaurant are open later and we love both. But it's a little harder for us to take time for a long table service lunch there because it takes time away from all there is to do. For lunch, a lot of people like Pizzasafari counter service - food is supposed to be quick and good (we are doing that next time).

HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS
At Hollywood Studios, I'd skip breakfast there and eat it on the go because Toy Story Mania fast passes go quickly. If you want to do that ride, I'd go to the park when it first opens (or extra magic morning hours is even better) to ride it and get fast passes. There are 2 fun places there for kids to eat - SciFi Diner and 50s Prime Time. I think it is easier to pull kids away from fun rides if the meal is also fun. Some people like Hollywood and Vine which has Little Einstein characters (June, Leo, JoJo, Goliath) but food doesn't get great reviews. If you want to do the Fantasmic Show at night, you might pick a fantasmic dinner/lunch package (book by phone only, not online) so you get preferred seating at Fantasmic and don't have to wait in line so long.

LeCellier/Epcot - really good food/steaks, beer/cheese soup to die for
50s Prime Time Cafe/DHS - fun atmosphere, good home cookin' food (fried chicken, mashed pot, milkshakes, etc.)

I don't know if you want to do another buffet, but we tried Boma at AKL on our last trip & loved it...even my picky eaters.

In MK, we also like The Plaza on Main St. It has great sandwiches & is a lovely break from the hustle bustle of the park.

At HS, we try to go to Sci-Fi Dine-In every trip. It's a lot of fun.

Sorry I wasn't more specific. It will be just my wife and I, we are staying at the Pop Centry, and we have annual passes so it doesnt matter what park or resort.

Have you considered Mama Melrose Fantasmic Package? That is one of our favorites because then we know we will get decent seats at Fantasmic!

IMO everyone should go to Boma

My family really did not care for Boma for dinner at all. We will be staying at AKL this trip and have no plans to eat dinner there. Now we have heard great things about their breakfast buffet and might try to pop in for breakfast one day.

Boma had the only breakfast menu that really went beyond eggs/bacon/waffles. We liked it a lot.

Crystal Palace is great for breakfast if you get an ADR that gets you into the park before opening hour.

Ohana dinner was fantastic, the death by a thousand bites of food.

Biergarten for dinner at Epcot is excellent, plus has wonderful entertainment. Great German food, plus plenty for picky eaters. Actually, if I had an AP and needed to add another TS meal, I would probably choose something in the World Showcase at Epcot.

Boma is also nice. We loved the food there. Very unique. We went for dinner. Really, the only reason we're not going back on this next trip is because DH and I have very sensitive stomachs and we had pretty bad heartburn that night. Probably because we aren't used to certain spices, but it was oh so good and worth it (I know that sounds crazy)!! Most of the desserts also had alcohol in them, which was delicious, but didn't help the heartburn factor either. Service was also excellent there, the best on our whole trip! I think everyone should try Boma at least once (for dinner). I hear great things about breakfast there too, but I don't think we will be able to make it there on this next trip. Maybe the trip after that, we'll see.

Teppan Edo is my family's favorite! The food is super yummy, and you cant beat the entertainment!
