Our Happy Limo service comes with a 15 minute grocery stop. I am looking for a grocery store between the Orlando Airport and Universal Studios that has pickup,

I don’t want to wander an unknown grocery store with a very small 15 minute window.I would rather drive up and just pick up a prepaid grocery order.

Any suggestions?

Contact Happy Limo and ask them. These services make these trips hundreds and hundreds of times a year and likely have their preferred ones based on route. Then, once you have that info, place your order for pickup!

What I would NOT do is pick one at random and expect your driver to go there.

Driver's usually have a favorite store.
This one of the Publix used by drivers
Store Number: 1610

5350 Central Florida Pkwy Orlando, FL 32821

Another Publix used

9930 Universal Blvd Orlando, FL 32819-8702

Edited to add prepare your shopping list by aisle, use the Publix app. 15-20 minutes is enough time.

It's clear you do not want or appreciate the advice to ask Happy but that really is the best option. The driver knows exactly the best store along the way. They are Happy to give you this information.

I have had other limo companies insist that if I wanted a grocery stop (which I had requested when making a reservation), I had to use the store they told me to use. It's the store that the driver (or maybe the company) thinks is the best one based on the route between the airport and the hotel. I argued with them once but they wouldn't budge. So I agree with PPs that you need to check with the limo company.

Check with Google maps. Get directions from mco to a universal or Disney resort. Add a stop at one of the Publix I listed. Only adds a few minutes to your trip, of course plus your shopping time.
That's why those stores are popular with drivers

Wow.

I am deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in the other. I tried calling them and asking them, first, but I could not understand their reply. Unfortunately, phone calls to places with high levels of ambient noise make it very difficult for me to understand the other person. It isn’t anyone’s fault, but it does make some parts of life more difficult.

There wasn’t a way to text with them, so I thought I would ask the helpful, and usually kind, folks at the Disboards. I also sent off an email, but I wasn’t sure how swiftly their office staff would reply and I wanted to get my order in. (Their response came the next day and matched the helpful info given by several folks.)

With the spike in Omicron infections, prime Saturday pickup times are getting filled pretty early here in my hometown. I wanted to make sure my scheduled pickup time was convenient for our Saturday arrival.

I DO want and appreciate advice, but not all advice is equally useful or applicable to all folks. I shouldn’t have to “lead with my disability “ to avoid people assuming disparaging things about my character.

Both Publix have a liquor section if you want to run in and get wine or spirits. I'm not sure if instacart will purchase adult be beverages.
